I have a plug finished with wrapped edge. it is a car front lip part. As you can see in the attachment, it has a basic flat surface when you view from top. But from a vertical cut view, the edge on the front wrapped down and back about 2cm. I have the plug finished, but having a difficult time to create the mold from it. please give me some suggestions.

thanks.

as warren says a 2-piece mould is your best option, where the leading edge (the c-shape) is I would split it in the middle or at the end and create the upper skin and a return flat, which is your attachement lip to the front bumper. At the same time you might be able to incorporate drill bushes or even location points to add fasteners at a later stage.
