Very off topic project I am doing but I am trying to replicate some over quarter fenders for the rear of my 94 rx7, I recently bought the rear over quarters a month ago and they just showed up, anyways these panels are 1100 shipped from japan and I need two sets and I only have one so I have to make a mold to make another set as I have two cars that need them. My question is what materials to use, how to flange this part for a mold, and can I use evercoat pva or do i need wax to release mold from part?

4mm thick is pretty thick for composites! Legal requirement for fibreglass replacement panels is 3mm, so 4mm is absolutely fine. They must be pretty heavy for what they are!
PVA would be my choice if you can spray it. If you can't spray it then go for wax, but make sure whatever surface coating that's on it is compatible with the tooling gelcoat that you choose to use. PVA will prevent any compatibility issues, wax won't. Test first!
As for how to flange, have you watched EC's tutorial videos on making a bonnet? Just follow that process and adapt it for your needs.

So the part is 4mm thick, so its very thin, should I add in strips of wood and hot glue them in?
