Very off topic project I am doing but I am trying to replicate some over quarter fenders for the rear of my 94 rx7, I recently bought the rear over quarters a month ago and they just showed up, anyways these panels are 1100 shipped from japan and I need two sets and I only have one so I have to make a mold to make another set as I have two cars that need them. My question is what materials to use, how to flange this part for a mold, and can I use evercoat pva or do i need wax to release mold from part?

I'll be doing the same for my JZZ30 when i get skilled enough with vacuum infusion so im gonna have to follow this and see how you get on dude Smile
