How it's going.
I have kept the subframe project on hold, because the last month I have spend all of my free time in making carbon parts for another MXV bike, since the moulds were ready to go. But I will be back on this for sure....

looks great, any pics of how you make the mould edges of the parts with the plastic?
It is simple: all the barriers of the moulds are made with 'polypropylene fluted signboard' that is glued behind the plastic parts with hot glue. I have keep only this photo :
Then you can joint the pieces with release tape (green tape) and the voids with filleting wax (yellow material).
