Any suggestions tips or tricks, welcome. Looking back I didn't take any pictures of adding the flanges to the edge of the wheel wing. To create the flange around the edge I hot glued some fluted-signboard on the underside of the wheel wing all around and then filled in the edge where the fluted sign board meets the wheel wing edge with some flitting wax.
