Hello all. New to the forum...but have been doing carbon work and fiberglassing for quite some time. Having some issues with my carbon fiber emblems. I am using a vac bag set up with a couple fiberglass molds I made. They have a super smooth orange gel coat and have release wax and pva. Everything looks great at first but No matter what,  can't get these things to come out right. Any ideas?

are you just doing wetlay and vac bag? as above it looks like you have got really bad bridging. I would suggest wetting out the material before laying it into the mould and make sure you dib it into the tight corners prior to bagging it up
