Bridging is where your fabric has not been able to properly follow the shape in your mould. So where you have your badge detail your fabric must be loose enough or cut in appropriate places to allow it to move and slide etc into the details of your mould.
These fabrics don't stretch at all so when laid over these details it will float or "bridge" from one point to the next leaving a gap under the fabric which can then only fill up with resin and air which appears to be exactly what you have. Bridging often happens in corners and any detail areas as you have.
