any link on those resins? as i dont think you polish any resin and uv not burn it. all resin not accept uv without clear coat surface to be protected

Well polyester is naturally UV resistant, so if it is laminated with polyester then UV should not impact on it very much at all. I would sort of hope that they have used an isophthalic polyester rather than an orthophthalic resin in a structural application like a seat, especially for that price. 

In any case, doesn't sound unreasonable to me.

Guys

can you imagine i bought seats 1k pounds and it was told no clear coat only polished polyster resin and UV do not affraid bs i think. seats all over the corner air holes.
