And, also being a machinist (not on cnc, sadly), I cant stop staring at your polished mold. Group: Forum Members Posts: 20, Visits: 144	Hi, I have finally finished my frame. I copied a Cervelo P5 (I took a photo and used it as a measurement). It took three months (don't know exact how many hours I put into it). Anyway, here are the photos of it... The word LELLOU and BOBBO is my nickname for my two children. Not much room between the wheel and the frame The image above is of my two kids (the image is under the clear-coat and it's a bit fuzzy here, but the image is this one: http://lellou.com/index.php?showimage=40&category=0 And the wheel is tight here too... The part above (right where the wheel is fastened) has 40 layers of CF. It's 8 mm thick and it was a pain in the a... to saw through it. Tags frame

I think I ended up using almost 5 meters of CF and I don't know exactly how much resin, but the two liters was used up, but naturally everything isn't on the bike, but a lot is in the dustbin The frame's weight is around 1700 and that is too me a bit much, but ok for the first frame
