Hello guys , Had my 1st try with MTI hose today , couldn't get the bag to vac down . Pulled everything apart and connected the MTI hose directly to the vac hose and pulled 100% vac ??   What am I doing wrong ? MTI hose didn't seem to let air through ??    Tried the traditional way with spiral and resin break and infusion seemed to go well . I will pop it tomorrow to see what the surface looks like .

Thanks for the replies guys , I will try to evac the air that way with the MTI hose.

I popped the piece i did with the spiral and surprisingly it worked out great. I made a few mistakes during the infusion though. I ran out of resin halfway through the infusion

so i blocked the feed side and mixed some more resin which i did not degas . I was concearned it would be riddled with pin holes because of not degassing and stopping the infusion.

I did confirm 100% seal.

temperature of mould 25 c

2'   resin break

300gr twill CF

Innegra

300gr plain CF
