You can't do this. Don't even try, it's a waste of perfectly good composite material and cars.
You have to disassemble the car and take moulds of individual parts. And you will only succeed with some experience, don't expect anything but failure if you have never done this before. You need to learn how to take molds from small, simple and cheap parts first, once you have mastered this you can progress to bigger projects.

I want to make the mould of a full car but my problem is I can't take the car apart to make the mould and i am new to this.

I have an old VW golf i am willing to sacrifice to test the moulding on a car.

To tell you every step would involve a huge amount of time and typing. You are much better off getting onto YouTube and watching all the tutorial videos on there.
