New to the forum and would greatly appreciate any help! I am having a bit of trouble with skinning my interior trim (aluminum) with CF. Whenever I lay the base coat down it begins to pool and pull away from the trim. I have sand with 120 which didnt work so I went to 100 and that still hasnt worked. Finally I went to 80 and even though the surface is throughly sanded, it will not stay in place. Any advice?

Brainfart has been generous enough to share an exceptional blog at
http://ocarbon.com/blog/tag/texalium/
which will directly address the method you should use. it is also a much more professional method that I have been using for skinning, and I will be incorporating his methods into my work.

did you cleaned surface with Nefrase so surface after sanding can be prepare to hold resin? from photos i doubt
I did not lol. From the DIY I've read it never said anything about Nefrase. I Googled it and it didn't pull up anything. Is this something I can buy locally?
