Hi Tom,
I would recommend using a 300gram/1 ounce chopped strand mat skin coat letting it completely cure, then give it a light sanding for a mechanical key, Then lay it up with  two layers of 600g / 2oz  then add 2oz strips in straregic places for extra strength or you could choose a lighter lay up 1oz skin / 3mm core mat / 1 1/2 oz over lay this would give the bodykit a good ridgity!!
                                                                                                   Kind regards

Hi Tom,
Mat is correct I gave you the weights off the c.s.m in grams and ounces / metric and imperial, these are set weights for grades of chopped strand mat that I recommend hope this helps?

                                                                                          Kind Regards
                                                                         .          The Fibreglass King.
