Yes you still need to use catalyst with the resin system.  All the solution MW does is come to the surface and form a thin layer on the surface of the resin, thus sealing the resin from the air so it can cure hard.

this is how I would do it if I see the problem well on you image.

Fill in the repair with GC50 with some  Solution MW Wax Gelcoat Additive and it will cure with a non-tacky finish. Once fully cured, the wax will wash off with a solvent.

You can then flat back and polish up the repair.

Alternative to Solution MW is to stretch release film over the repair to seal it from the air.

Yes ok thanks for the typ about the foam, but what can i do to the surface on the my part ? is it possible to sand it and spray it with Pattern-Coat Hi-Gloss wetsand and last Polish?  

An alternative to lining a foam core with tape is to chamfer the edge of the core so the carbon comes down to the lower layer. I also run one or two carbon tows down the join to fill any bridging.
