Repair a Carbon part

Hi 

I have made a Carbon arm for a robot in my uni mold form. i have coated the form with GC50 Epoxy Compatible Polyester Gelcoat, bot of some reason i have some holes in the surfase where the cabon epoxy and GC50 Epoxy Compatible Polyester Gelcoat is not glue together . Is it possible to repair it and how

Yes you still need to use catalyst with the resin system.  All the solution MW does is come to the surface and form a thin layer on the surface of the resin, thus sealing the resin from the air so it can cure hard.
