I reuse bags all the time (pikey I know).  I do tend to hand lay and vac.  I seal up one end of the bag with gum tape, put my mould/part in and seal up the open end with gum tape.  I leave the breech unit in the same place and just put in a strip of breather to pull air out.  Once done I pull the bag open at the tape, remove the old tape then just use new tape next time.  Obviously this is only one end.  I dont think this woould work well with infusion due to the careful placement of the resin / vac pipes. 

I probably get 10 uses out of a bag before its looking battered.  It still holds vacuum but I tend to replace it if its looking this way.

I should add that I make bags rather than the pleated tents that are favoured for infusion.  Does this make sense?

I have read and seen somewhere on the web a reusable bag made out of latex rubber. If I remember right they were from the USA and were called Boa Bags. They conformed very nicely to most shapes. I think they can only be used for wet bagging and not infusion. They also could make custom bags out of latex over a mandrel shape you provided so you could do closed molded pressurized parts (bladder molding) .This could be infused.

Worth looking into. I will revisit this technic some time in the future because I want to make parts similar to what the cycle industry does. Some us a bladder to push the internal carbon to the out side surface of the mold.

Smooth On has some very awesome tutorials. that gun to spray rubber is about 800 USD and the cartridges come i think 4 per box. it is very efficient on rubber and mess in general,and the "bag" can be re used many many times. the bag thickness is 1/8 to 1/4 inch ( 3 to 6 mm roughly)
and are then paired up with its custom made mold. initial cost is high,but the material savings and waste generation will be good on your budget.
Smooth On bonnet skin tutorial is a good one to illustrate making the re useable bag.
