200g vs 240g

a Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 15	Hello TC! Can someone please give me some insight to the difference between these two for auto body parts? In the tutorial the parts were made with 200g. Would 240g be too thick and create a problem? Could the 240g also be used? Would there be any disadvantages or advantages in using 240g instead of 200g? Thank you! Matthew

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	240g is the better material in my opinion. Tighter weave, so less fraying and fibre distortion, less gaps between the weave. Easier to handle and has a more 'premium' appearance. Really no difference to the finished part in terms of thickness or strength, the only disadvantage vs the 200g is cost.
