Hello,

I am trying to make a CF piece from this form:



My first experiment was a failure. Both the fabric and the vacuum bag didn't reach the lower parts of the cavities. For the second attempt I am planning to cut the CF in small pieces before the infusion and stick them on the form using the FusionFix GP spray. Any other tips especially for a good bagging technique would be of great help. Thanks!

That's going to be difficult, possibly even with smaller patches?

Does it have to be woven carbon fabric? There are carbon fibre tissue type mat materials some of which are reasonably heavy and these can stretch to form complex shapes much easier.
