Hello,
I am trying to make a CF piece from this form:

My first experiment was a failure. Both the fabric and the vacuum bag didn't reach the lower parts of the cavities. For the second attempt I am planning to cut the CF in small pieces before the infusion and stick them on the form using the FusionFix GP spray. Any other tips especially for a good bagging technique would be of great help. Thanks!

While this will be very difficult at all, the lower right quarter contains some shapes that will be close to impossible without cutting (the narrow u shapes). A matching mould will likely not be able to solve the problem. It's very likely that you simply won't be able to close the mould because of the fibre friction. This is not a good project for pro finish. You need the same cloth without fibre fixation. Pro finish is only good for simple (in comparison) shapes. my procedure for complex shapes: start in the middle. With spraytack (i use 2k clearcoat out of an airbrush), work down the 4 fibre directions from the middle a few cm. Than work on the area in the quarters from the inside out. Then work along the main axles again, etc.. That way you keep the fibres as straight and use the confirmation abilities as best as possible.
