Looking for a bit of advice here.
I have this project on the go at the moment.
I want to pour a clear coat of glasscast 3 to get the surface completely flat.
If I do the pour, say up to 3mm thick will I still get the blue colour coming through and will it definitely make the table completely flat?
Also, what is the best products to remove all the dust and what is the best product to tape round the table to act as a border

You need to be about 1.7mm or thicker for the resin to self level at its best.  Thinner than that and you tend to find the surface is not as smooth.

Last query then as I’ve ordered the glasscast 3 yesterday.
So if I aim for a 2mm pour on the base. Once cured, do the same for the top side.
What is the best thing to do with the edges once the top and bottom have been done?
Table is approx 30mm thick so should I just mix some resin up and brush it on or what do you suggest?
