Before I put the flanges on the tank to make the mould,does it matter if they
are at 90 degrees or 180 degrees to the edge for infusion bagging

Hi Paul,
I take it you have seen Easy Composites segment at  You Tube on making the bonnet using Carbon Fiber.  It's  helped me  no end.

If you are using PVA as a release agent make sure it does not get on the  flanges that you are making  the tape will not seat properly and yes a leak when you are bagging the whole show,.
