Pattern-Coat Hi-Gloss application

Group: Forum Members Posts: 49, Visits: 486	Hello, i have used the hi-gloss pattern coat a while now. I use it with the spray cup gun and a #3 nozzle, and i thin the coat with about 10% acetone I always get a bad result with lots of tiny high spots. But this morning I got a good result with a flat surface, but I dont understand why. How do you do it, and what is the best way to apply it with a cup gun?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	Why are you spraying it with a cup gun? You would achieve a much better finish using a HVLP spray gun with a 2.5mm tip.
