Thanks for posting, really well put together and informative video.

can I ask why you use fg instead of all cf is it to keep costs down and why do you coat the mould with a gel coat as opposed to straight infusion,

are you laying the first layer of cf to a still tacky gel so using it like a glue or is it left to dry.

used the GC50 for UV protection so it doesn't need to be clearcoated at the end.
and was also good for a tack while positioning the carbon
The fiberglass was due to the fact I didn't had a 200g/m² cf at the moment Smile carbonfiber would ofcourse be better!

Hi Mathieu, I had a look at your video, very interesting and useful.
Can you make a brief of the materials you have used in the sequence with their characteristics, and the technique for each one (vacuum, infusion, hand lay up)?

I'll add a "products used" in the description of the video soon. All materials are from Easycomposites so you should be able to find some characteristics and so on on their website then Wink
