Sure Warren will be able to give you some more information or check the product TDS on the EC website @Bonobo: Brushing it on should work as well but some brushmarks might give a visual distortion of the weave, applying it to thick will give it a pink/brown reflection. So you need to try to apply it as thin as possible. Best ways are IMO roller or sprayed. @FLD: Thanks, not everyone will possibly understand how much work goes into such video tutorials: Everything is shot with a DSLR camera with different lenses to have a depth of field (blurry background to focus on the things you want to point out to the viewers without them being distracted of what is going on in the background. Then I go through my 60gb of video and edit the video, then colourgrade all the images and in 2 days the video is ready to go online. Shooting the video can be very annoying: moving the camera for different angles, positioning everything, work cleanly and so on. Group: Moderators Posts: 226, Visits: 334	As you know I'm very new to this so when I call at EC I make sure to ask lots of questions, I used the Soft mesh and like how it follows the mould contours but as you know its hard to get back out, Paul said try some bread wrap and so when I did the double part infusion I use the wrap in one and id say its 70% easier to remove the mesh.

Group: Administrators Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 8.5K	We do recommend using the bread wrap or even perforated release film for difficult parts between the peel ply and the Easy Flow knitted mesh. In deciding between the two, the bread wrap has more perforations so if you are worried about resin flowing then choose that solution. If you look closely, you can see the resin flowing over the top of the film a few inches ahead of the resin soaking through. As it soaks through the perforations you get dark dots that widen to circles then join together as the resin soaks through fully. It looks like this: GC50 itself has very good UV resistance so does not need clear coating. It can also be sanded and polished once fully cured to take out any minor scratches or surface blemishes. Can you make a brief of the materials you have used in the sequence with their characteristics, and the technique for each one (vacuum, infusion, hand lay up)? Thanks matthieutje65 (04/06/2015) used the GC50 for UV protection so it doesn't need to be clearcoated at the end. and was also good for a tack while positioning the carbon The fiberglass was due to the fact I didn't had a 200g/m² cf at the moment carbonfiber would ofcourse be better!
