Hi, I am new to composite stuff.
I am trying to make a small carbon fiber part. But when I lay down my first layer of resin, it doesn't get tacky. I waited for more than 20 mins. I am using

. Does this resin ever get tacky?

What percentage MEKP did you use and what was the ambient temp?
