Group: Forum Members Posts: 10, Visits: 172	Just started my first go at carbon skinning and it appears that it's going to need a lot of resin too smooth it out as after 2 Coates the carbon is still sticking through the resin

dont know then.. i had a similar problem with 450gsm but thats because it was so heavy.

That makes more sense so approx 4 costs of resin. What's the best way to avoid pin pricks?

to avoid pin holes you have to use less sticky resin or heat up your resin or use tiny brush to fill...
