With a good mould made I dont think that is too hard to do.... Probably as easy to do with a good pre-preg or just wet lay and a vacuum bag.... but £100? it would be more than that to make the mould....lol..

dont care weight i got mold only without flanges. best is 1 layer 200gr twill and 1 fiberglass

I meant the weight of the gold, if its a kilobar medal, it might be a job worth doing.

the main thing i know a lot who do carbon but i never ever saw in 7 years that someone can do 4 layers perfect pattern twill carbon this piece from mold.

Post a photo of the mould. I've infused much trickier things than that, so I can assure you it can be done if the mould is good. Even if you haven't got flanges, though flanges always make life easier.

yes but my mold without flanges it is double side mold. so do not know how to do that piece.

fro the photos i can guess whar resin used but definitely not epoxy and not polyster im sure 100% vynilister.
