With a good mould made I dont think that is too hard to do.... Probably as easy to do with a good...

dont care weight i got mold only without flanges. best is 1 layer 200gr twill and 1 fiberglass

I meant the weight of the gold, if its a kilobar medal, it might be a job worth doing.

yes but my mold without flanges it is double side mold. so do not know how to do that piece.

fro the photos i can guess whar resin used but definitely not epoxy and not polyster im sure 100%...
