How many parts should I expect to be able to pull from a Uni Mould? What's the limiting factor?
Thanks,
James

Really depends on what the mould is being used for wet lay, infusion, pre preg and the resin being used and the temperatures used during curing. I have moulds made with the uni mould system that I use for infusion that have had 40 plus parts pulled from them and oven cured at 80 degress C and they are still producing good quality parts.

plus remember you can easily polish back up the surface finish if that dulls.
We have Uni-mould tools that have had hundreds of pulls from.
