I thought Id have a go at doing a V weave with resin infusion... wasnt easy but made was pleased with the end result.
Original weighed 21kgs with lights (lights weigh 1kgs) and mine is under 8kgs so very good weight saving.
I also backed the wheel arches in kevlar as well as soric so should be resistant to start crazing.
got a coat of lacquer on the clip last night... needs flatting and a couple more coats but looks miles better already... top 2 pics are laquered, bothom ones are straight out of mould with flash lines and release agents etc.
and here is a pic of what I did with the car on monday

Very impressive work!
That must go like s**t off a shovel with all the weight you've taken out of it and 700bhp.

Very nice result! And also very impressive dyno!
Would you please like to post a picture of the mould? It would be very useful for learning, I think it must be a little complicate and surely a split mould, is it?

mould is a 4 part item:
top section
bumper area
2 wheel arch returns
the v weave is perfectly straight, its the picture angles and curve on the panel that make it look not quite straight.... its not flawless as i can see the odd stray strand and a few areas that have slight pulls.
