We always recommend a postcure with the Uni-Mould system, however if that isnt possible, 48 hours wait should be fine before you start polishing and sanding it.

I need to start using a mould asap after mould-making, would one day with watersanding/polishing and waxing be enough?
I am thinking about the solvents etc in the gelcoat, whats your recommended time to let them "de-gas"?
