Hello,
I have one question, please. Is there any danger in terms of deformation of a cured prepreg part, if I will do demoulding before the part and mould reach the room temperature? I mean, for example, if I pull the part out of the mould while the mould temperature is still approx. 100°C (curing at 120°C). For more info, I use prepreg carbon from EasyComposites and use a aluminium mould. Thank you for your help!

Far from ideal. Running the risk of deformation and fiber print through will be more.

I agree that its not ideal.  Why do you need to demold it hot?  Cycle time or thermal locking?

Unfortunately I made small tapers in a mould, so after curing and cooling to room temperature, I am not able to pull out the cured part. Because of that, I have to heat up the mould again and then pull out the part. If I remove the part out of the mould still "hot", I don't have to wait almost all day for cooling down the mould.

If you have to do it you have to do it, it just obviously isn't ideal. If the geometry and layup is in your favour, you may get away with it.

Thermal lockings are a little bit problem, especially on AL moulds with drafts on limit about 2° less. No way, wait for slow down cooling after curing, heat it up again a little bit over curing temperature and try to demould. Another possibility, use a split mould...could be a negative drafts...
