Yep, no problem. Anodizing is very chemically resistant.

@ Hanaldo
Did you make tubing with an anodized mandrel? I had some major release problems when i tested that as the tube was mechanically locked on the mandrel after curing as the anodized surface is quite textured.
It was on small diameter tubes tho.

Was your mandrel sealed? Anodizing itself is quite porous, and needs to be sealed afterwards. Once sealed, it should not have any surface texture or porosity that will cause a mechanical lock.

No i didn't use any tool sealer, however i used a wax based release agent that is usually pretty good at filling little pits. And i know the release was good as it came off once i cut the tube open.

Nah I don't mean a tool sealer, I mean as part of the anodizing process the anodizing should be sealed afterwards. Not all places will do it without it being requested, because there can also be benefits to unsealed - one of them being an unsealed anodized surface is very easy to bond to.

A sealed anodized mandrel should not present any issues for release.

Ah sorry now i understand. It was a commercially available tube i would assume it was sealed. But as i mentioned before I only ever tried this one part so who knows what happened...
