Hi, after countless hours sanding the Pattern Coat Hi Gloss, I ended up removing too much and now I have a small area (about 3 cm) with Pattern Coat Primer exposed.
Please see picture.

Is there any way I can go on up with the next grits (600, 800, 1000, 1500, polish) and cover the area (filleting wax? Mold release wax? Magic?) so I can get a shining area like the surrounding one?

Please please don't tell me I have to cover back with Hi Gloss and start sanding again ... it has been so hard and long to remove the low spots left by the brush.
Thanks

Hanaldo

You wont get it up to the same shine on the pattern without recoating. The good news is you should be able to mould off the primer anyway, so I would just proceed with making the mould and then polish that area out of the mould.

When you do your release agent, I would do the 6-8 coats of Easylease and then do 2 coats of release wax on top of that. Should guarantee you don't have any issues with porosity in the exposed primer.
