I havent done it specifically with EG160, but I do it all the time with epoxies. I would put it in the oven initially for an hour or two at 35, then increase it to 55. This will just help control the exotherm in any areas where it might be quite thick. Once it has gelled and the heat has dissipated a little bit, increase the temperature to cut your cure time. I find 55 works well, but with a high temp epoxy you can probably go as high as 65/70 without having to ramp.
