Hi,
I want to make my model boat hull using the carbon prepeg and aramid honeycomb sandwich method.
I  need to fill the honeycomb cells with epoxy in various places were i have penetrators or high stresed load areas so i need to do it in stages.
what is the best lay up sequence ?
should I lay and cure the outer skin with peel ply
then vacuum the honeycomb on after using adhesive film?or a wet lay of epoxy,
then cured fill the aramid cells with epoxy were needed.
Then apply the prepeg outer skin last without any adhesive.

Or can i lay up the outer skin and honeycomb in one go.
would this give the outer skin a good finish.
ive looked all over the net for the pre peg honeycomb method but have had no luck,
lease advise me the best sequence.
