Hello,

I know this topic has been discussed here before. I am looking for a solution to cut carbon fiber sheets. So far I got perfect results only outsourcing to a water-jet cutter but it is expensive to use on a regular basis. I tried driving a dremel with different discs (diamond and for plastic PVC) on a linear  guide, the result is great but not perfect. There is still a little bit of burr left on the edge or I guess the resin coating is slightly burnt.. it is hard to tell but it is not perfect. Any hints or ideas ?
