I'd have some questions about wacuum bagging process
1 When do I use perforated film or unperforated film as reslease film ? Is it none-perforated release film is used for pre-preg vacuum bagging and perforated is used in wet lay-up process ? Can I not use the reslease film because there is peel ply to remove the breather cloth , or can I just use perforated film to take the place of the peel ply ?
2How can I make smoothness on both sides of the composite laminate plates used for testing ?
3 If I want to produce composite laminate plates of different thicknesses using different number of layers of carbon fiber woven roving , how could I make sure the fiber content is about the same？
