Well Matt, I think you guy's did a great job and I think these videos will answer allot of questions before they are asked, which will give you guy's more time to develop them and techniques " that we can actually see" .

We all understand that these materials are going to cost us up front and that there will be mistakes in each of our project's, but now we have a visual reference that we can go to to assist us and give us confidence......to move forward....seasoned builders and newbies...............

Thanks A millionCool

Yeah I agree with the guys, really interesting and informative. What I like is the detail, it's so easy to miss out bits in videos that are crucial to someone who hasn't been doing it for years. Defo a project for the future

Is their a difference in the green and black gelcoats?

Need to finish projects at hand first... I know once spring breaks I will be more motivated, ned to put car back together.

Hi,

The green gelcoat is epoxy gelcoat and the black gelcoat shown in the unimold system video is a vinylester gelcoat.

Both will work with epoxy based composites. If it was for me, I would use the unimold system on the part you showed us in your picture.

If you have to cure parts in oven, Unimold system will work for 90°C, while epoxy green gelcoat is not especially suitable for oven cure (HDT of 50°C).

Hope it helped.
