Here's a sneak peak of part 2:


I need to re-upload part one because I've just realised that the 'sneak preview' of that doesn't run to the proper end of part one so I'll get that done. We've filmed everything now exept bonding the hinges in so I'll be able to upload final versions of Part 1 (making the moulds), Part 2 (making the inner skin and outer skin) and then Part 3 (trimming, inserts, bonding, polishing) in the next few days.

It's turned out to be a pretty heavy tutorial (about 50mins run time) but if I can't but but think that anything that we leave out just leaves us open to poeple asking the questions and missunderstanding the process.
