As long as you haven't got any leaks then don't stress, it will come out fine. Little bubbles like this are totally normal, it's just tiny air in the resin expanding under vacuum. For the most part, these get trapped in the flow media and never show up in your laminate - you may end up with a pinhole here and there if it was especially airated resin. Certainly nothing that will ruin your part.
Leaks show up in a different way. You will get large air bubbles showing up in a stream, and then after clamping the vacuum line you will see air tracking it's way across the part, forming patterns sort of like tree branches.
