You can use standard laminating resin and gelcoat, you just need to ensure you build the mold up slowly and only laminate one layer at a time to stop the heat from building up and distorting it.

Hiya when making a mould that I plan on pulling numerous parts from I use the unimould system but on large parts it doesn't work out cheap
