Only one way forward with this and its quick and easy use PVA release, you will have a bit of polishing to do on the mould but a guaranteed release.

The high gloss pattern coat would give you a great finish, unfortunately you might run into problems having now sprayed it with a single pack aerosol. 

I picked up the mold equipment on saturday, but I was not satisfied with the surface after sanding the bondo. The panel was straight but there was small holes in the bondo. So I had to apply a spray can bondo that i got from a friend yesterday. Is the easycomposites Pattern-Coat Hi-Gloss better to use after i got the plug straight?
