have used the alum filled epoxy in the past. Never at oven temps but it does claim good Tg and HDT's without any post cures.

Our
Epoxy Tooling Gel Coat
is specially formulated for us so you will not find one the same elsewhere. However there may well be some other resin companies formulating thier own epoxy tooling gelcoat, although as you are finding out, it is not a very common product in the industry.

Epoxy tooling gelcoat is certainly more specialist. I think you will find that not a lot of places will stock it, and even less will advertise it online. So you might be able to find it locally, but a google search might not be too revealing.

I am in South Africa and have bought some epoxy tooling gelcoat there. In fact, finding polyester would have been more difficult (no issue as I wanted epoxy).

I know that EC has an epoxy tooling gel coat, but for some reason when I search say google. I dont get any other hits of people selling it. Am I just naive and over looking something or whats the deal? Is an epoxy surface coat the same thing? I did search and still am unsure so sorry if this is a broken record question.
