The insulation is rock wool 30mm slab, I had to buy a pack of 12 sheets (1200x600mm) so the remainder is going in my loft.
Perforated sheet steel with the edges folded over 25mm all round the edge forms the baffle / base over the elements.

the cabinet was the most expensive item at £70
internal dimensions with the insulation in place is approx 110cm x 35cm x 40cm
