What Resin are you using?
Position/ number of layers of infusion mesh plays a big part in getting pin hole free parts.
As already mentioned resin viscosity is also important.
This time of year I always let the resin container stand in hot water for a good hour before I add hardener and infuse.

Resin viscosity in my experience is the number one problem. The moment I heated my molds and the resin a lot of the pin hole problems went away.

My resin viscosity is 300cps. Its thick when cool but at 80F its like water. You want to heat your mold as well so the viscosity of the resin during infusion does not thicken as it would if the mold were too cool.

Done a fair few bits in infusion and it seems to be hit or miss on finish as sometime i get a very fine air bubbles in between the weave it looks like a faint rash ! the bags not leaking and have full vac ect so no issues with that so i was thinking maybe it is a gas build up or am i not flowing enough resin through the job (i let the resin hit the catch tank tube ) or is it i donr let thye resin si long enough before infusing OR is it a temp issue I.E resin to thick being to cold ?

regards jay
