Done a fair few bits in infusion and it seems to be hit or miss on finish as sometime i get a very fine air bubbles in between the weave it looks like a faint rash ! the bags not leaking and have full vac ect so no issues with that so i was thinking maybe it is a gas build up or am i not flowing enough resin through the job (i let the resin hit the catch tank tube ) or is it i donr let thye resin si long enough before infusing OR is it a temp issue I.E resin to thick being to cold ?

What Resin are you using?
Position/ number of layers of infusion mesh plays a big part in getting pin hole free parts.
As already mentioned resin viscosity is also important.
This time of year I always let the resin container stand in hot water for a good hour before I add hardener and infuse.
