"Masterbond" does a food grade epoxy coating, that also has good high temperature properties.
EP42HT-2FG As long as you coat the "working surfaces" of the mold with something like this, you should have no problems making the "mold" itself from "standard resins and reinforcement.
You state that you need to use the mold in a press, that probably means that you will have to add some sort of reinforcement to the resin.
This could be either in the form of standard "cloth" CF or glassfibre, or you could use powdered CF...
