In my experience if s*** can go wrong, well it goes wrong. I'm astounded how you're able to pull it out and make a great part even when it looks like it's going terribly wrong.

Started to make the inner panels for the rear clip... I was going to remake them but decided it wasnt worth the extra work as they are only functional and MAY be coated in an underseal. Unlike original panel Im going to give them a large return and bond them in so that the rear spoiler actually bolts through it, should be massively stronger and yet not add much weight into the clip.
First task was to remove the original underseal... this job was an absolute joy lol
Anyhow after a quick sand I painted them in a 2 pack paint, sanded them back again and repainted them.. hope to start applying gel coat tomorrow after a few return barriers to allow bagging.
Pic is a little boring so I added one of the new spoiler I bought lol

Thanks Matt, thats praise indeed
Must say a huge amount of the success I have had is the advice and products you have provided me... you said I could do it, and you were right
currently Im in copenhagen with work, so my job is rarely boring...
and just so you know this project is just my R&D for the 'real' project
