can you post a picture?
Do the dry spots match the areas you used the adhesive?
What is the layup?
How long did you pull the vacuum for before you infused?
How fast was the infusion?
Does the infusion mesh run right to the outlet or does it stop then have a dam of peelply or similar?
What is the temperature?
Lots of questions I know but it could be any or a combination of the above (and that list isn't exhaustive!)The adhesive, I finely mist on the whole carbon fiber fabric and fiberglass mat.
The layup consists of 5.7oz 2x2 carbon fiber, 6 oz fiberglass mat, peel ply b, airtech green infusion mesh, vacuum bag: using polyester surfboard laminating resin (unknown viscosity). Also used systemthree mirrorcoat epoxy (700 cps) but had almost the same result, but slightly better (still had a lot of dry spots).
I pulled vacuum to test the seal for at least 20 minutes with no leaks.
As far as how fast was the infusion, since it is a small part, it infuses through in no more than 2-3 minutes.
I put a peel ply break that is little more than 1" after the infusion mesh.
Temperature out here in hawaii is roughly low to mid 80s*F when infusing.
Setup while infused:

Left is systemthree epoxy and right is polyester laminating resin which both have dry spots
